Good News:
We have found another means of delivery besides UPS and Fed-Ex saving you allot of shipping fees. We are now using LTL delivery. Houses are arriving safely and in good time. Not a scratch on it. It left our facility perfect and it arrived perfect. For an exampe we shipped a huge 6 foot long, 125 pound wood crated (not cardboard) package house from Florida to New Jersey in 3 days with not a ding on it for $600.00. This was a big house! UPS and FedEx (who tears them up allot even sometimes destroying them totally) wanted $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 to ship the same house via groung shipping. They only insure up to $500.00 which does no good when a dollhouse cost for exampe $2500.00. LTL insures up to $3,000.00. Delivery is right to your door. This is a huge savings!
